Hennessy Artistry at Playhouse Hollywood
[Wednesday, October 6th] Creative Contraband teamed up with LVMH to bring the Hennessy Artistry event at Playhouse in Hollywood featuring Q-Tip, MC Lite, VV Brown, and a surprise guest... Ice Cube! The event also included complimentary appetizers, open Hennessy bar, and Hollywood's finest. They without a doubt didn't hold back on this event... I think everyone had the time of their life! :)

The Sayla by Herman Miller x Yves Béhar
After finally picking up my first Herman Miller Aeron chair, I saw this post about their new collaboration with Yves Béhar for the new "Sayla" chair. Not only is it well designed, but for $300 its a much more affordable Herman Miller chair. I wouldn't mind outfitting the upcoming GPPR office with these new chairs. :)
Created collaboratively between American manufacturing company Herman Miller and industrial designer and Fuseproject founder Yves Béhar, you’re looking at the “Sayl” chair. Over 2.5 years in the making, the chair’s design is influenced by the suspension bridges of San Francisco, where the chair was created. For maximum comfort, various degrees of tension are infused into the injection-molded back, providing sacral, lumbar and spine support. The chair’s elegant form also works to adapt to the user’s movement, particularly given the structure’s integrated 3-dimensional intelligence. Now available in both side and work chair forms in various colors, the chairs are importantly made from 93% recyclable material.

SF Day 3: Atmosphere on Broadway
A few of us headed to dinner at Akiko's Restaurant in Union Square before making our way out to Atmosphere on Saturday night.
Girls: Hannah x Noelle x Dina - Guys: Edric x Virus x TK

I don't even remember what these sushi rolls were called but they were absolutely delicious...

This is their signature volcano roll... OMG!

Alright, time to get it crackin' with the Hvyrsnl x Victory crew at Atmosphere for Round 3. Before stepping foot into Atmosphere, I visited new club owner Trung Tran next door at his club Sutra. He gave me 3 shots of vodka in a matter of 5 minutes. SMH. I'm glad to see my Vietnamese brother doing big things! If you're ever in SF, go visit his club Sutra and tell him I sent you. HAHA
Lets go... DJ Julz!

LVMH: #morebelve x #morehenny

Shout out to DJ Edroc and the homie Jay!

Crackin'!

It turned out to be a wild and wet night with all the buckets of ice people got poured on them behind the DJ booth... Fun times none the less!
Time to head back to the hotel where I found a dead body...

SF Day 2: The Cellar in Union Square
So... Originally I wasn't suppose to drink much at Sabor on Thursday because I had an early meeting with MYX TV in the city Friday, but obviously that didn't happen since we got 4 bottles of Hennessy. I'm just glad I woke up in time and without a hungover. :)
What a beautiful day in San Francisco!

I've had my 4Runner since I was 16 years old and yes, it does say "7OE-KNEE", long story but someone had already had "TOE-KNEE". I was 16... Don't judge me! HAHA

Started off my morning with a cup of coffee and 2 Oreos. :)

Lunch meeting at Burma Superstar with Keeesa from MYX TV and her staff. All the food there was amazing, plus the service was second to none. I'm excited about our upcoming event for the Asian Film Festival on Friday, October 22nd for the "Colin Hearts Kay"Asian Film Festival premier.

I spent most of the day working from my brother's apartment. Then it was off to the Cellar in Union Square for Round 2... We mobbin' deep!

World Famous DJ Virus of Battle Star in the mix!

Cellar was probably the most fun night because both DJ Virus and Mark Marcelo had the crowd going APE SHIT, I mean I don't even use that term, but its probably the best way to describe it. Good shit fellas... You killed it! Aye!!! Aye!!!

We ended the night at a nearby dinner, which was interrupted by Girard's not so pleasant surprise... HAHA! Happy birthday Hannah! :)

Thanks to Stamp'd for stopping by the office!
Our friends over at STAMP’D made a visit to the HELLZ office to do some planning for the future. Men’s line GPPR (coming soon) and STAMP’D have a possible project in the works… So sit very still and patient. They caught the office on a quiet Friday morning where everything was steamed, swept, and smelled like Windex… aahh… sounds like my kind of day. This is what the eyes from the outsiders took in.
