[Saturday, July 24th] It was another wild Saturday night at Confidential with all the out of towners visiting for Comic-Con weekend. Thanks to Paul (Showtime), Winson (WB), Ramil (Deniath), Ben Wang (722 Figueroa), and everyone else for coming out to party! Fun times!!!

[Sunday, July 25th] Before heading out to the final day of Comic-Con, Jenilee and I headed over to Zanzibar for a hearty breakfast meal. Then it was off to nerd/geek heaven. Since it was the last day of the convention, we were hoping it wouldn't be as crackin', but we were wrong. It was shoulder to shoulder the entire time. Thanks to Winson from Warner Brothers for hookin' me up with a pair of passes. There were many familiar faces, including the 5&A Dime fam. Appreciate the mustache shirt Jay!

Seeing it was such a beautiful day in San Diego, we headed over the Wave House in Mission Beach to visit my good friend Shane (Wave House). We met a few of his friends from Hawaii, pumped our fist to some house music, sipped on some Patron & Pineapples, and just enjoyed the amazing beach view.

We ended the night at Rawmana Sushi inside Seau's, where Jenilee got a chance to try our infamous Victory roll. Much love to Krin (Chef) for making me look good... HAHA! Like Ice Cube would say, "Today was a good day!"

jD: Step Up 3D Soundtrack Release Party

Me my boy TK and Jenny Kita headed over to Avalon where they were hosting the Step Up 3D Album Release party. little did we know that it was all ages and there were like 5 year olds running around. We hung out for a bit, watch Flo Rida Preform (Not a fan one bit) and said our hellos and goodbyes and then headed over to Colony. Colony was pretty crackin. was a Morebleve night what ever that means hahahh! good times

Catching up with the Carandang!

[Thursday, July 22nd] Since Cheryl Carandang (Wildgirlz) and I moved up to LA, we've only seen each other a handful of times. Not only have we both been busy trying to get our lives together, but she lives all the way on the other side of town, so its been hard to meet up. Finally, we made time to grab dinner at Cole's and do some much needed catching up.

Cheryl and I go all the way back to 8th grade... I remember the first time I met her was at Adobe Bluffs park for a picnic, where we ended up becoming spit brother & sisters. HAHA Fast forward 14 years later, we're still brother & sister!
$5 Happy Hour drinks at Association.
Then it was off to Lemonade at Far Bar in Little Tokyo to support DJ Drewbryd (Dom Kennedy) and Janessa (Love Made)!
Fran was there celebrating her birthday along with Taryn x Killah B. Love these girls!!!
It was crackin' with hella girls that night.

... the dance floor packed!
After Lemonade Cheryl and I headed over to the taco truck on Sunset and Alvarado for some pollo tacos... YUM!
I am so glad I finally got to catch up with Ms. Carandang. Definitely looking forward to our next dinner night... Let me know!
