With Halloween on a Saturday night, there are a few hot parties around town... San Diego’s House of Blues is hosting the Halloween Block Party featuring The Armory, Tribe of Kings and Mindzalike. The venue will be “transformed” into three rooms of ghosts, ghouls and grooves. Not to mention, there’s $500 in cash up for grabs in the costume contest. Tickets are $20 and available online.
