reLOADED

THANK YOU to the hundreds that came out last night for Victory Nightlife's Grand Opening of reLOADED @ Heat Supper Club.

We reached capacity at 11:20PM w/ over 330+ people on all three floors... I bet some of you were like there's a third floor? HAHA Yeah... there's actually a basement floor downstairs w/ a dance floor and bar. I heard it was packed down there the entire night.

Here's the view from the upstairs VIP lounge... CRACKIN!!!
It was also really packed upstairs in the VIP lounge. The Wildboyz and I bought a bottle of Kettle One Vodka... I think the homies are getting spoiled b/c we're always getting VIP and bottle service now! GEEZ! Its kinda expected now! HAHA As long as everyone had a good time... I'm all for it!

On a more personal note... The WILDBOYZ: We ride together... We die together... Wildboyz 4 Life! Without having to go into detail... Its sad to say that there are still ignorant people who are prejudice and racist out there. I wish we all could have been there with you... It would have been different! I commend you guys for sticking up for what you believe in and coming to the aid of a friend. I am sorry it happened and I feel responsible since you guys came out to support me. I love you guys... Don't worry karma will get them!

I HATE IGNORANT PEOPLE! They should watch "CRASH"... HAHA

Thank you guys for always coming out to support me! I really appreciate it and I hope you guys all had a great time! Who's down for Excelsior tonight? HAHA

FYI: Club Massive @ House of Blues is gonna be "CRAZY!" I've roped off a section of the main room for my exclusive VIP birthday celebration... $700 worth of food... and BOTTLES! HAHA

HIRING THE WILDBOYZ:
Apparently people want to hire the "WILDBOYZ" for dance competitions. Today, KJ told me Jimmy, the coordinator for 909's Ultimate Brawl in Riverside, contacted KJ and told him he wanted to hire the Wildboyz for backstage activities.

Last year, KJ and I were messin' around backstage wrestling and jump roping w/ everyone... I guess people thought it was entertaining and fun! HAHA I was also the person who did interviews and commentated the entire jump roping competition for last years DVD.

It was just funny to hear that people want to hire the WILDBOYZ as if we're some kind of party pumping crew... But I don't blame them b/c we do know how to have a good time. HAHA So if any of you are down to head up to Riverside this weekend to just have fun backstage and watch UrbanFX let me know... I need to get back to them today. I didn't plan on going but if others are down I'm down too.

reLOADED Grand Opening:
Anyways, I'm really excited about this Friday's Grand Opening of reLOADED at Heat Supper Club. Victory Nightlife is making its return to the Gaslamp. We're expecting to reach capacity early! The venue is intimate and warm (HEAT). Who's down to throw in for upstairs VIP tables? We have $200 bottle specials for the month of May. If we have a group of 20 we can get 3 bottles of Absolut, Skyy, or Kettel One Vodka for only $30 a person. Not too bad! Let me know who's down!!!

To all the SDSU friends... Hang in there you're almost done! Time to party this weekend!!! You deserve it!

"WORK"

No one believes me when I say, "I am WORKING!" Maybe its because I don't have a typical 9-5, I'm my own boss, and I actually enjoy what I do. I'm an event coordinator... (or Club Promoter but I prefer event coordinator b/c I put on all kinds of events). It takes a lot of planning and organizing to put together a successful event. Lately I've been busy putting together our fliers for all of our upcoming events, updating and maintaining our site/myspace, searching for new venues, and networking! Luckily, I have tremendous partners, a wonderful team, and supportive people around me.

Last night, Victory Nightlife had a general meeting for our staff and street team at Starbucks in Mission Valley. We discussed our upcoming events and passed out fliers for Body Rock, Concrete @ Excelsior, and Club Massive @ HOB.

Pick up your fliers!!!

Thank you to everyone who came out tonight! We had a great and productive meeting and I hope everyone had a great time at D&B as well. We have tons of events coming up and I'm looking forward to making it happen! Who's down for PAINT BALLING for our next team building? Maybe at the end of June... YAY!

The New Era of Victory Nightlife is here! Keep up the great work everyone and continue to spread the word...

May 18 - GRAND OPENING of RELOADED Fridays @ Heat Supper Club

www.VICTORYNIGHTLIFE.com

Today, I'll be headed up to Irvine for a meeting at 12PM w/ Boogie Zone. Afterwards, I'm headed back down to SD for a Body Rock meeting at 6PM at Seau's in Mission Valley. Then I'm off to watch the Purple Haze and Super Kronics game at AUI starting at 7PM.

BUSY BUSY BUSY!!! But I love it!

Purple Haze

Just wanted to thank everyone for the words of encouragement for my first Purple Haze basketball game. Its was definitely exciting and different being on the court. Great job to my fellow teammates! Lets keep it up guys... We did well for our first game. We played a great first half but it got away from us in the second. Who's down for some conditioning though? HAHA I felt great at the beginning of the game but I didn't know how to pace myself and fatigue got the better of me. I'm looking forward to our next game!

This Wednesday, May 9th we have two more basketball games at AIU in Miramar:
7:15PM - Purple Haze 1 vs. Goon Squad
8:10PM - Super Kronics vs. Team Timbal

Hopefully everyone can make it out to support the rest of the Wildboyz and friends!

Also, tonight (Tuesday, May 8th) Victory Nightlife will be having a general meeting at 9PM at the Mission Valley Starbucks. Afterwards our staff and street team will be cruising to Dave & Busters at 10PM for Happy Hour. Everyone is welcome to come hang out w/ us. CHEAP DRINKS! I'd love for you guys to come out, support, and meet the rest of the Victory staff.

Let me know if you're down! FRIENDS FOREVER! Wildboyz4Life! 143!!!

p.s. SORRY I don't have any pictures to accompany this post... I'll have some for tomorrow though!

Purple Haze Debut

Cinco De Mayo turned out to be the "WORSE DAY in SPORTS HISTORY"... Every team/person I rooted for lost that day.

-The Chicago Bulls were blown out by the Detroit Pistons in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Semi-Finals
-The Houston Rockets lost their Game 7 playoff game against the Utah Jazz at Home
-Oscar Dela Hoya lost to Floyd Mayweather by split decision

The Rockets game really hurt. T-Mac is 0-6 in his last 6 playoff series... He still hasn't made it to the 2nd round of the playoffs... They had it too! =( Sad Face!

A handful of the homies came over to watch both Game 7 and the Fight at my house on my dual screen HDTV set up. Afterwards, we all mobbed to Excelsior in Downtown La Jolla. It was slow at first but it was crackin' by 11:45ish... The dance floor was packed and the vibe was fun. Lots of our Victory staff (past/present) came through, UrbanFX, Culture Shock, Team Nacu, and a entire party bus full of people... We had about 4 "last songs" including Notorious BIG's "Fucking You Tonight"... "Who you fuck? Point at them!" HAHA

Here's a picture of the homies at Excelsior... More photos will be posted on Victory Nightlife's myspace page.
Sunday was HOT! Hilltop was crackin' too w/ AIU ballers! I tweaked my ankle running defensive drills with Coach OJ... It was basically a basketball clinic for me at Hiltop. Everyone was helping me prepare for our AIU Basketball League.

Join us tonight at AIU (Miramar) to watch my basketball debut with Purple Haze 2 @ 8:10PM. We'll be playing the defending champs "Morning Breeze" tomorrow night so come out and support Purple Haze. I'm nervous but mostly excited!

See you there!!!

I've been working on Victory Nightlife's myspace all night... Check it out and let me know what you think. For all the Victory Nightlife promoters there's a link for you to see all the HTML codes for your profile and bulletins.

Into the HEART

Yesterday, I judged at Climax Dance Competition at the Chula Vista YMCA. It wasn't what I expected... It was outdoors, really cold, light sprinkles, dim lights, with a linoleum dance floor. But it turned out to be lots of fun b/c I judged w/ Erik Saradpon (EK Etc. & Formality) and Anna Sarao (The Jedi Master of the Dance Scene).

Props to Mark for putting the show together... I never would have been able to organize an event like that when I was in high school. Great job bro!
Judges table... We got hooked up w/ a $20 gift certificate to Cheesecake Factory!
Angie Girl, Mark Mariano, Anna, Christine, and TK. Angie Girl is the best MC... EVER! She's straight comedy!!!
The Judges!!!
Here's a view from the Judges tables... They did have spot lights but it was pretty dark.
All the competing teams were high school students... There were some very talented individuals. I finally got to see Choreo Cookies perform for the first time... They're ILL! Oceanside represent! I was pleasantly surprised and I'm looking forward to their set at Body Rock.

Afterwards, Anna, Christine, and I meet up w/ Myster, Ollie, and Chris at Seau's in Mission Valley. We were all starving! It was my first meal all day at 10PM. We feasted like KINGS!
Ollie explained to us, "You have to get into the HEART" if you want to get a girl! I'm still working my way into Myster's heart... Thanks for the advice Ollie! HAHA
Tonight is the night!!! Game 7: Rockets vs. Jazz... De La Hoya vs. Mayweather... and of course EXCELSIOR for Cinco De Mayo!
