Revolution Lounge at the Mirage was crackin' last night. There were hundreds of San Diego people who came out for the invasion.

Happy Birthday to Mr. Rob Zoomy (DV8 | ZXRR)!

Props to DJ Bluballz for reppin' the Wildboyz & SD on the tables.

We're going skydiving right now... Gotta go! Before I leave just want to tell everyone that I love them! 143!!!

08.08.08: Happy 1st Birthday Virgin America

Today is the 1st birthday of Virgin America. I'm currently at the San Diego International Airport on my way to Las Vegas. Virgin America has a DJ, balloons, cake, drinks, decorations, and more set up in front of their gate. It's a party in here! HAHA
I'll be updating my blog regularly so check back throughout the weekend for all the fun festivities.

Tonight is Crazy 8's at Revolution Lounge at the Mirage in celebration of Rob Zoomy's birthday. We have DJ Earwaxxx, DJ Enigma, and our very own DJ Bluballz live in the mix. There are hundreds of people from all over Southern Cali coming out for this event, including over 75+ San Diego friends. Its the perfect way to kick off our Vegas weekend.

Tomorrow a handful of us are going sky diving. I'm pretty nervous to jump out of a plane. Wish us luck!

The only thing I'm not looking forward to is the heat. I heard its 100+ degrees. Not fun!

I'll be staying at the Flamingo so hit me up and lets get the party started! The takeover starts NOW!  See you in Las Vegas!!!

Thank You!

Since I've started my blog over a year ago, I've tried to make my life/blog as exciting as possible.  Knowing people read my blog pushes me to keep busy, whether I'm in Downtown SD hosting events, causing chaos with the Wildboyz, or out exploring another city, I'm always out and about.  Blogging also helps people stay updated on the events going on in my life, that way I don't have to tell the same stories over and over... Although I still tend to do so.  HAHA. Sometimes I wonder what I'm doing with my life, but all I know is I'm having tons of fun.  Thank you to those of you that continue to read my blog.

I recently saw this photo in the Hoey Inc and Alvinism blog and I totally agree with the saying...
Every now and then I get a few random emails from readers.  Here are a few emails that I've received in the past few weeks:

EMAIL #1: Hey, I know it's very random asking you this question, but what do you do for a living? I've visited your blog from time to time and it seems like you're having the time of your life. I mean, how can you be able to afford those things that you did, like go skydiving, eat at expensive restaurants, etc? anyway, i'm just a senior in high school, but dude, i want to do whatever you're doing. i envy you right now. okay i know i'm weird, but seriously hahaha.

-Irah

RESPONSE: Hey Irah!  I believe, "If you take care of someone, they'll take care of you."  I've always been open and friendly with people (sometimes too open... HAHA) and for the most part its always worked out.  Many call me an optimistic person.  I try not to let the little things bother me because its always about the bigger picture.  The reason why I've been able to do many of the things I do is because I have a high credit card limit.  HAHA.  Seriously though you'll be amazed how far a bit of small talk will go, as long as you're genuine though of course.  If you take care of people, they'll take care of you 10 fold.  I've been lucky enough to make many wonderful friends throughout the past years.  Trust me I will always take care of my friends.  As far as what I do, I throw club events in San Diego and produce a few different dance competitions.  I am alway trying to network and stay on my grind...

EMAIL #2: I really enjoy your blog. Keep up the good work. I especially like all the pictures. Maybe one day my life will be as fascinating as yours :).

Danielle C.
Fan in Atlanta, GA

RESPONSE: Thanks Danielle!  Hopefully I can go to the ATL one day.  Take care!

With that said, join me in Vegas this weekend for the Takeover: Las Vegas!  A few of us are also going skydiving too on Saturday so if you want to join us please let me know asap.
Be there.

DAY 1: Hot Import Nights Seattle

***EDIT*** I just reorganized the post from Seattle so that it is in chronological order.

After a long night of celebrating at Onyx & Thin, Tristan and I both missed our 6AM flight to Seattle to catch up on some sleep. We didn't leave for Seattle until 1PM. It was my first time going to Seattle. The only thing I've heard about Seattle was that it always rains, but luckily for us it was beautiful clear sky's the entire time we were there.

The reason why I was going out to Seattle was to meet up with Indo (HIN Executive) for Hot Import Nights Seattle to film for both HIN City TV, DanceTag.TV, and to just hang out with Kaba Modern and everyone else.

Tristan and I landed in Seattle at 6PM. We headed straight to the hotel to pick up our equipment and drop off our bags before making our way to Qwest Field for the show.

We meed up with Indo and Kaba Modern before making out way into the venue.
I basically followed Kaba Modern around, recorded some backstage footage, and conducted a few interviews with the crew.  Thanks again Kaba!

Look out for the footage with Kaba Modern on DanceTag.TV and HINcity.TV coming soon.  I'll keep you posted!

On our way to the Team Menace booth for Kaba Modern's meet and greet, I ran into the best female gamer: Melissa Reign

Melissa just beat Metal Gear Solid 4 on PS3... Damn!  Thats hot!  HAHA
The line...

Make sure you check out Yuri (Kaba Modern) and Taeko's (Fish n Chicks) upcoming project: The Yuri and Taeko Show

Both ladies have joined forces to create an internet talk show.  They'll be covering behind the scenes and not so well known aspects of the entertainment industry.  They already have a few videos up so check it out!

Their website was designed by Invsible Ink (Jabbawockeez).
Melissa is a huge Kaba Modern fan!

After HIN, Tristan and I went back to the hotel to go eat with Kaba.  Yuri's probably wondering what's on Tristan's shoes... HAHA.  If you look closely you'll see that he has eyes on his shoes.
Dragonfish for dinner...

Kaba headed back to the hotel because they had an early flight back to Las Vegas for a performance at Hip Hop International, so Tristan and I headed to the official HIN After Party at Show Box.

The HIN Janitor / The Man: Indo
After the club, Indo introduced me to the Seattle Dog, which comes with creme cheese and sriracha.  I was a bit of a skeptic at first but it was delicious!!!
Perfect way to end the night!

DAY 2: Sight Seeing

We woke up Sunday morning to me up with Team Menace for brunch at Salmon House Buffet.  Since we rolled with Indo (HIN) we got VIP treatment everywhere because not only is he the man for HIN, but he use to live in Seattle for 7 years so he knows everyone!

CLICK HERE to see all the photos from our Seattle Trip.

We got picked up from the hotel by Myra (Team Menace) but we had to squeeze 4 guys in the back: Nate x Tom x Tristan x TK

It was Jon's (TM) birthday so I got him a blow job... No homo!  I know we just met and all... HAHA
You can do it!!!

Afterwards, Myra and Indo took us to this beautiful park that overlooks Downtown Seattle.
This reminds me of Final Fantasy VII...

Guess who!?

We made our way to the Seattle Space Needle afterwards to visit the EMP (Experience Music Project).

EMP is dedicated to the exploration of creativity and innovation in popular music. By blending interpretative, interactive exhibitions with cutting-edge technology, EMP captures and reflects the essence of rock ‘n’ roll, its roots in jazz, soul, gospel, country and the blues, as well as rock’s influence on hip-hop, punk and other recent genres. Visitors can view rare artifacts and memorabilia and experience the creative process by listening to musicians tell their own stories.  For more info: www.EMPSFM.com

Indo threw one of his first events here inside the EMP several years ago.

We also paid the Science Fiction Museum a visit too where they were having a "Robot" exhibition.  I manage to snap a secret sniper pic while I was inside.

We meet up with Kenji (Myra's boyfriend) afterwards at his parents condo near Downtown.  They had a magnificent roof top deck with a wonderful view of Seattle.

Later that night we met up with Lito, one of the most dangerous men in Seattle and Indo's former security guard, for a few drinks.  Our first stop was to Ohana...
We started off our night with a shot of Patron... =)
Followed by a Jagger Bomb from some drunken stranger... HAHA
"If Lito takes of his shirt... Duck!" -Indo
Next stop was to Ibiza for a private party hosted by Indo's friend, Ting.

We headed to Dick's (the In N Out Burger of Seattle) for a late night snack before knocking out at the hotel.
