[Friday] Wale performing live at Thin/Onyx!

Friday started off as one of those days... Check out my tweets (is that what's called?) from Friday:

Found out I have to retake my MBA 510 class which will set me back another 6 wks. FML! I wish I had a time machine... Must stay positive!

"Obstacles are necessary for success because victory comes only after many struggles & countless defeats.” Lets stay positive!

Paid a $70 parking ticket online to find out I have 4 other unpaid tickets. Total = $200. FML! Its been one of those days... =(

Of course I was mad at myself, but you live and you learn. There's nothing I could do at that point except stay positive, learn from it, and move on.

Anyways, Friday was Victory Nightlife x Armory Massive's event with Wale at Thin/Onyx. I meet up with Wale at the Fizix who was doing a last minute meet and greet. I ended up taking him to his hotel in Downtown and taking out his road manager to dinner.

Kimtan, Leo, and I started the night off with Patron shots with Melissa! Look at Leo... HAHA!
We even stopped by Sway to support some of our friends who were modeling in a fashion show. We'll be back at Sway this Friday for R&R!
Exclusive was the Acrylick Summer 2009 release party, so we had over 50+ goodie bags filled with t-shirts, license plate holders, New Era hats, stickers, and other random stuff... I hope you guys enjoy! Thanks to the Fizix, the Attic, Armory, and Acrylick!

Even one of my Uncles, who I haven't seen in over 10 years rolled through with Anthony (Seductive Ent). Super random but I loved it!
Wale and his entourage put on a great show... The entire back room of Onyx was packed!
Definitely be on the look out for Wale in the upcoming months... He just released a new mixtape "Back to the Feature", which was released on Friday too!

Alison came down from the OC to visit a certain someone who was visiting from SF... So nice! I miss the rest of the crew too!
We movin' the party upstairs to Thin!
I ended and started the night with Melissa... Thanks girl!
It was then off to Santana's in Mira Mesa, where I found Gelen in the fetus position. HAHA
Thank you to everyone who was apart of the event, especially Cros1 (Aromory)! We appreciate all the love and support! See you guys this Friday at R&R at Sway and the Block Party at House of Blues the following Friday!
