Mink Mondays Tuesday Edition

[Tuesday, July 6th] Its been months since we've had a Mink Monday dinner at the LA crib. If we never had Mink Mondays, I would seriously be eating only sandwiches and cereal everyday, which I am. Since the Monday after the 4th of July felt like Sunday, we thought we'd bring back Mink Mondays for a special Tuesday edition. Why not, right!?

Mink's Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo was the business! Wish we had more of it for everyone but we didn't anticipate so many people come over. We even had to order Domino's Pizza as back up. Speaking of Domino's, their new receipt is amazingly delicious! I was pleasantly surprised, especially with their thin crust pizza... You gotta try it!

After a wonderful dinner we all headed off to Colony for JL's newest Hollywood Tuesday spot. We had DJ Lady Sha (Lioness LA) in the booth, Bee Nguyen (Collective) on the mic, LA's finest in the building and #morebelve in full effect.

Mink Mondays: Kogi Tacos Vol. 2

[Monday, March 1st] Its the 1st of the month, plus its Monday, which means its Mink Mondays with everyone's favorite Korean chola aka Mink! Since our Kogi taco night was such a hit, we decided to bring it back! But someone thought it was a good idea to send Neran and I out to the Korean market to get all the groceries. That was its own adventure in itself... HAHA!

Its genius! I definitely need one of these in our house for all of our leftovers.

Hannah x Julyne x Nanceely came up from San Diego for a slumber party because we were all going to the Ellen Show and ABDC in the morning. They brought DJ Hero with them, which meant Mark Marcelo was going to be up all night on the Xbox. HAHA

Apparently James is an expert at DJ Hero... Looks like a 13 year old boy who just opened up his Christmas gift, while Jerry Meng looks like a serious business man over there. HAHA

Mink Mondays ft. Lisa!

[Monday, January 18th] I know Mondays are usually tough for most since its the start of the new work week, but I actually look forward to it because of Mink Mondays ft. Lisa! We've had Korean BBQ, Kogi Tacos, and this week we're having Steak & Risotto. =)

No heels this time... HAHA! ;)

Mink Mondays with Peter Answers

[Monday, April 5th] I don't know about you, but I actually look forward to Monday's because its the only night that I know I won't be eating cereal x Cheez-Its for dinner. Don't get me wrong though, Honey Bunches of Oats x Cheez-Its is the shit! Trust me, it'll change your life! Anyways, we had a few of special guest from SF & NY in town for Mink Mondays. Originally we were suppose to have Talia Sunset come as a guest chef but she got caught up with a video shoot. Luckily Mink is always ready to hope in the kitchen rockin' her heels, which is a requirement, to cook up a fest for all the friends.

It was nice to actually get a chance to catch up with these guys outside the usual club atmosphere. Makes sure you check out the Mighty Healthy LA pop-up shop at Hall of Fame on 449 N Fairfax Ave before April 30th.

After Chat Roulette, Mega hopped on the computer to introduce us to some paranormal site called Peter Answers. Apparently he only answers Mega's questions because he worships the Devil. But basically Mega asked "Peter" a question about the people in the room and "Peter" would answer. Everyone was trippin', the girls had chills, some grown men were almost in tears... It was like a god like spirit was actually in the room with us! It was crazy!

Mega was asking the funniest questions, "Who likes it in the butt?", "Who is the hornyest person here?", etc. All the responses were straight up comedy!
I need to upload the video footage from that night... Anyways, thank you to everyone who came over, especially Mega for providing us with constant entertainment for another fun filled Mink Monday! See you next week!

Mink Mondays: Kogi Tacos

[Monday, January 11th] Mink and Lisa came over to treat us to another installment of Mink Mondays (in their heels... HAHA). They made a Mexican x Korean fusion dish with Kogi tacos, spicy pork quesadillas, and Havana style corn. Best home cooked meal we've had! Thanks ladies!
